Wonderful stay!

Our host Joe was exceptional—thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for questions or recommendations. It’s clear they put a lot of care into ensuring guests have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted getaway!

The Nordeast

The check-in process was easy, the keypad worked great, the fenced in back yard was wonderful for our dogs, there was plenty of street parking, there were more than enough beds for our group and the host was easy to communicate with.

State Fair Fun

Great House in a Ideal Neighborhood!
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at this house in Minneapolis. There is so much space for many people to stay comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and the park across the street was amazing for our kids. We enjoyed the community splash pad and wading pool everyday! The host was quick to respond to a change in our group size and the house was ready for our arrival. Lots of great local food options - The Dive Bar and Grill, Parkway Pizza and Sara Jane's Bakery were all great!

Pictures need updating

And the 3rd night there at about 3 am when all 6 of us were asleep, an air duct fell off and woke the whole group. There were not enough glasses for our group. 4 at most. Advertised could have 10 people.

For guests who come to the home, please consider the credibility of this guest review. For one, the deck is always usable. I am not sure how a deck becomes unusable, but we have had guests enjoy it many times before and several times since so this is nonsense. These things are all outside, the deck has been rained on every time it rains since it was built. Same with the furniture out there. We are not able to keep everything outside clean as well, please do not expect that from my listing. We provide dishrags and towels as well as a grill brush. We expect our guests to clean the grill surface before and after they use it if they choose to use it, because that is how a grill is used. We have a cover for it, so it doesn't get rained on. Floors creak because it is an older house. It is as advertised...a small house in a quiet urban neighborhood. Come with reasonable expectations please.

Northeast Neighborhood
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in Northeast Minneapolis. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was fair-had all the amenities we needed. The house smelled a bit musty, could benefit from a dehumidifier in the summer months. The two bathrooms were nice to have for our group of ten. The basement bathroom had black mold around the shower. But for the little time we spent there, it was okay. Thanks for having us.
