Positives: Newer, clean, close to Target Center, friendly staff, able to accommodate a part of the hotel that was quiet, good drinks at the bar, great black out curtains
Not so positive: $40 parking fee (would have been nice to have that covered or discounted)

We are able to offer parking at 37 plus tax with in and out access so our guests do not have to pay each time they come and go. Nice but ..

The issue was our room faced the road and there were bars across the street which both caused noise late at night. So make sure your room doesn't face the bars. Also $100 a night for a small dog to stay in the room is insane.
