Won't be staying there again

The room was ok. Remote for TV didn't work very well. Shower head in the bathroom leaked and sprayed all over. Breakfast sucked! No food out! Nobody tending to the breakfast area. The person who was supposed to be taking care of the area was sitting on the computer. Eggs were rubbery, sausage was burnt, and the waffles didn't cook all the was dry. Bread and bagels were as hard as rocks.

This hotel looks clean and nice in the photos, but it is not. We found a cockroach in the bathroom on the first night of our stay, the chair in our room had discolored dirty spots, stains and spills on the arm and cushion; the hot tub was broken the entire stay as well as the pool down for maintenance, the sprinkler in our room was not even attached to the wall. They apparently re-branded as well, which was reflected nowhere when we booked. On the website, the hotel was named “Amerivu” but in person, “Country Inn & Suites” was the name of the hotel. I would not recommend to anyone, this was not as advertised and was dirty. For $220 for 2 night stay, take your money elsewhere.

The was no signage on the exterior of the building. Not a car in the lot.(Wednesday) so the place looked abandoned. It was open, clean quiet room. The pool and hot tub were not available as advertised.

The fan didn't work in the bathroom in the room, the little fridge turned everything frozen. Otherwise everything was good. They have a awesome breakfast in the morning.

Dirty. The bed was covered in hair, the hot tub was broken, the sink and tub were dirty, the chair in the room had stains of all colors, the toilet was broken. Absolutely will NEVER come back.

Nice and clean and staff was welcoming. Sad the hot tub as been offline for a while. Staff was responsive to our questions. King bed was very comfortable.
