I gave them another try and the hot tub was still closed it was to hot in the room so i adjusted the ac/heater lower by 4 degrees and cold air was coming in. It was the same aa last time. Ice machine still broken

I was not fan of the hot tub being closed the whole time i was there. Which was 5 days. The ice machine was broke the whole time. The heat in the room did not seem to get hot. I did like the breakfast there.

When we got into our room, we noticed there were only two queen beds. Our reservation was for 5 people but there was only enough room for 4 people to sleep. Also, we noticed the bed was dirty (the top covers) and saw what looked like droplets of blood in various places on the carpet as well as the toilet paper holder was broken. We called the front desk and they quickly gave us a different room. The next morning we went to get some breakfast in the breakfast area. There wasn’t much of a variety of food and the area didn’t seem sanitary. There were some workers painting areas of the hotel and were signs up warning of wet paint. I did not feel comfortable staying there nor looking forward to sleeping. It just seemed very run down and the workers were just running it at the bare minimum.

Property was very dirty. Common area floors had not been cleaned well in a long time. Lots of broken items throughout the hotel. Lights burnt our and covers missing on a lot of fixtures. Our room had a broken towel bar and it was just laying on our sink. Not a huge deal but either fix it, or remove it. The room itself was clean enough. Seems like a little maintenance and some management that cared about the place would go a long ways on improving the facility.
