We have stayed at Americinn properties in other cities in the midwest and this one did not meet our expectations. Our room was a two room suite, which was great for the space we wanted. However, there were spider webs in the corner by the air vent and the bathtub had a continuous stream of water despite our atempt to shut it off. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Waffles were your typical hotel waffles, which of course are good. There were scrambled eggs that were ok, sausage patties that had absolutely no flavor, and a potato, sausage, green,&red pepper combo that was also ok after adding salt and pepper. The pastry, bagel, bread, muffin choices were limited to one option each. The staff was neither welcoming nor unfriendly, they were seldom seen. Upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. The pool area was good, except for the pool deck which I believe needs resurfacing.

Nice pool & slide
Clean room, comfortable bed. Pool atea is older, but well maintained. The waterslide was a big hit for our Grandson. Hot tub was a little cool.

I didn't not like anything about this hotel. Tv doesn't work in the room. The room had bottles of tea and soda on the floor when we walked in to the room so it probably wasn't cleaned before we checked into it

Stayed here quite a few times. Always liked every trip. This time the shower was missing the shower curtain, but it didnt bother us. We didnt tell the front desk because we were tired from Twin Cities Con. It was clean and quiet, thats all we reaply cared about.

Although we arrived late, the pool and water slide remained open for an extended period of time and the kids loved it. Food places were in close proximity. This is always my family’s favorite hotel to stay at when we are in the area

Always a great stay!! The renovations they are still doing are going and looking great as well. They are doing amazing and it is looking amazing to. We have been coming here for a long time and all the workers and staff have done and continue to do a great job during all the craziness!! We will be back soon!

Property was nice overall. The bathtub was peeling and felt dirty and the room’s trim and walls were not in great shape but it wasn’t horrible. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Would still stay here again for the pool and how good the staff were.
