The shower and shover chair was very dirty; shower head was terrible unable to stay I one position to take a shower. The jacuzzi drain was not working unless you held it with your hand.

outside of property was dirty looking.
My room was nice but the tv was annoying and wifi was slow.
It was great for the price.

Family get together
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsVery friendly staff and convenient location. The pool and waterslide are great. My room must have had a water leak becasue you could see it on the ceiling. Unfortunately, there were still pieces of paint/plaster on the chair that had not been cleaned. The hotel is starting to rrally show its age.

Staff was very nice and responsive. Fixed leaking shower next day. Great lobby to gather in. Pool was a hit with the kids. It’s not a 5star hotel but it’s clean and has all you need. Beds were comfy, towels are small but they brought more.

I first room the toilet kept backing up and the beds were terrible. Our second room tge refrigerator didn’t keep things cold and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Front desk personnel were great. Breakfast was ok

Check in went fine. Guy at front desk was friendly. Problem was my 2 rooms I rented (Connecting rooms).
1st room- No hand soap , hand towel or wash rag.
Bathroom only had 1 bath towel with a nice blood stain on it plus no shower curtain.
2nd room- Had hand soap but no hand towels , or bath towels but had 1 wash rag.
So of course I went down to front desk , and got what we needed plus a shower curtain for both rooms & yes had to hang my own shower curtain up for both of my rooms I rented.
All I got from the guy at front desk was oh Im sorry & it seemed like no big deal.
Since I was staying 2 nights , the next morning I decided to talk to new person at front desk & about how I found my 2 rooms. All I got from was well guess the housekeeper got busy doing something else & forgot to go back & finish.
Well as someone who has been a hotel housekeeper...
A room should be completely finished before you leave that room so you dont get busy & forget to go back.
Forgetting to hang up a shower curtain is one thing but damn towels are something that no housekeeper should forget to put in a room.
Breakfeast sucked to.
"Waterpark" was fun the kids.
This isnt the 1st American in Ive stayed in but this location gives American a bad name.
