Lack of information
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had asked for a main floor room when booking online as husband uses a cane and walker. Immediately was given a second floor room. Asked for a main floor room. Host had to check online to see if I had really requested one and then once confirmed she changed it to main floor. Host didn’t mention to us anything about breakfast or pool hours, check out hours etc.

Check in and staff was fine. However, TV reception was horrible.
