The experience wasn't terrible. Nobody was at the front desk most of the time. No towels in the pool. Alot of upkeep is needed. Just seemed like a decent motel, short on help.

Room was outdated,toilet leaked,window shades were dirty and wrinkled, bed sheets did not fit and was not made properly fixtures were falling off the breakfast was horrible.

Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsThe best part of our stay was the front desk staff and the morning breakfast attendant. The accommodations were dirty or broken. We found a 1/2 eaten slice of pizza in the nightstand table upon our arrival, broken towel racks, trim broken or missing in the public spaces, dingy walls, and the very strong for of marijuana throughout the entire hallway. Aside from the people, we liked the pool. The hot tub was out of order and had caution tape surrounding it with about a foot of water in there. The fitness room was also not accessible. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

When we arrived somebody was pronounced dead and the corners and Hennepin medical examiner was proceeding to go and retrieve the body I had my wife and kids with me and the had to see that horrible situation also a prostitute was out of control in the lobby throwing things everywhere and pulling out sex toys I want full refund This was highly uncomfortable and unacceptable

Bathtub drain clogged washrooms by the pool not available.. ice vending machine broken.. front desk staff doesn’t care.. and until now we’re still waiting on my deposit to get back to my back account..

when I got to my room there was an unpleasant smell and it was not clean, I canceled the hotel and never got my money back.
