We have stayed at this property before and have enjoyed it because it's pool area is kid friendly. I will say, we won't be back though now that we have to pay to park our vehicle. This is above and beyond what you already pay for the hotel. The more nights you stay, the higher the price. The website says "fees may apply," which is misleading as they definitely have a fee.

The advertised "water park" was only a small play area for small children, we had two 12 year olds and it was not meant for that age. Easy access to MOA , average hotel amenities, nothing special.

Our couch bed is broken, and there is garbage under the couch. Called front desk, they told us that they will bring in a roll away bed, waited a few hours, no bed, haven’t call a second. Front desk told us they will give us a discount when we checked out, but we mentioned at checkout, they told us because we booked from Expedia, we have to talk to Expedia. Went to fitness center this morning, the treadmill is not working at all either.

I booked through Expedia, upon check-in front desk staff recharged me for my weekend stay, despite having said I had already purchased, just needed to check in. Refund expected, but still a nuisance. Closet door in room was completely broken off the rails. Old watermelon seed in the bedsheets. Hair was on the “clean” towels in the bathroom.

Great hotel! Our almost 3 year old loved the little water park! The water was nice and warm too! Breakfast was ok…. Could have had a few more options but it was fine since we just stayed 2 nights. They do charge $10 a night for parking so that kinda stinked. Perfect location for the Mall of America though!

All night there were kids running and playing in the corridors. Also, adults speaking loudly in the corridors. I could not sleep all night and had to catch a 7AM flight. What a terrible experience.

Checked in and was told there was a charge for parking, which don’t believe was on site. Pool area cold and water appeared to be very cloudy. Hotel is very loud. Teens running up and down halls, yelling, chanting, cheering. Positives are location, right off main highway and next to MOA.

The pool is the reason we stay. Warm and activities for smaller kids. But the service and check in are a nightmare. This stay took us 45mins to stand in line with one worker at the desk. The last time wasnt much better.
