This hotel had homeless people sleeping inside as well as there were section 8 voucher people checked in. They were working on the hotel as well and that was not noted when looking for hotels in the area. There were also homeless families in their vehicles outside the hotel and cooking on grills outside. The inside tub was dirty and disgusting that we could not use. There was not hot water to mention. This place needs to be removed as an available listing on most travel site. We requested a refund due to these reasons and checked out early.

The outside is a lot better than the inside. Our first room had a shower head hanging off of a hose with no place to hang it for a shower, smelled of mold, and the TV didn't work. Got moved to another that smelled worse but had a working tv. If there was enough in the budget for the trip to move hotels we would have. Won't be staying there again.

Disappointing Breakfast Service

The room itself was clean but the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The only available breakfast were cold breakfast items, but no milk for any of it. The area was messy as people were serving and leaving stacks of bowls because of this. There was no one attending the front desk or the breakfast area during this time as well.

I believe you get what you pay for. The room was extremely noisy (AC, fridge) beds uncomfortable but the most important was the strong cleaning detergent smell. My family and I felt it we were getting sick. The bathroom lack of ventilation and had a moldy smell

They are in the middle of a renovation, if you get a new room it will be ok, otherwise a nightmare. It's a really big place, long hallways wall to wall with decades old (and dirty) carpet. Disgusting to say the least, on the stairs to the 2nd floor that same carpet has patches of tape and a profound discoloration. It's cheap, the breakfast is ok, they don't pretend to be something they are not, just go there knowing what expects you.

Their breakfast meal is total mess. All they offer is bread, cereal and waffle with coffee or tea for my 4 days stay. No protein of any sort. Their bed is also made of iron steel making squeaky noise. It's just a budget hotel with no luxury.

The hotel looks great, very great price especially for the Jacuzzi room. Unfortunately there were a couple of stains on the sheets and mattresses, and the pull out futon looked like it has suffered mold growing in the mattress and couch. I doubt this is a reflection of the entire hotel as you could see they constantly clean all rooms and hallways. This is likely because the room is always moist due to the Jacuzzi.

Nice room, but need better staffs

The guy at the front desk was dress like he’s out for a walk and wearing flip flops, not professional appearance. Another lady was pretty much mute, didn’t respond I when spoke to her. Seem to be own by an Indian family. Had issue with the television and kept hearing a thumping noise throughout the night.

Great rooms - property needs work!

Room was excellent - very clean! The lobby carpet was in desperate need of replacing - duct tape holding it together in many places. Breakfast was very disappointing - barely anything. Had to get breakfast somewhere else.

Fire hazard, burned out wall plugs, smashed in alarm clock, smelly, hole in floor in hallway, no elevator to second floor for ADA compliance, broken tile in bathroom, pubic hairs in shower tub, lack of vending machines, no ice on second floor, no pool, outside entrance not locked, patrons in skimpy clothing that look like hourly customers, generally unsafe and sketchy. But the staff was fantastic and friendly. Thankfully there were no bed bugs.

Main toilet had rings inside it when I used the bathroom in lobby but other than that I loved my room the hot tub everything about the room bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby… the rooms were nice and clean very clean…

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. She was polite but very short with us. The room was huge and very clean. No carpet in the room it was all lamanent flooring which is nice. Tons of shampoos, lotions and bar soap. No conditioner. No washcloths. The breakfast provided was just a poor job at an attempt for breakfast. The rear door to the hotel was broken unlocked on the second night of the stay. Great value for the money. This place just need a little love and guidance and they will be great.
