Breakfast was a joke. Small bagels, wheat bread and corn flakes. TV would not work. Loud cars outside. Room floor needed to be swept and mopped.

The lobby was nice but there was a strong smell of cleaning product that was trying to cover up the strong smell of something else. My sinusitis could not bare the smell. I spent a total of 30 mins there before I booked Hampton Inn. The side door where you should need a key to enter was unlocked (no key needed). I felt unsafe as we were on the first floor near the side door. The sheets on one of the beds were stained on multiple areas. The tub was very dingy; no way I was going to take a shower there. There was a room in the lobby with glass windows where you could see all the extra hotel items that were stored, like refrigerators, beds etc. I was having surgery and I needed a clean, safe and cozy environment after surgery. This place was an upscale motel 6. The front desk was nice and offered a new room, but there were just too many cons for us to stay.

Untrained and unwelcoming front desk people. Hallway and rooms smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Extremely rude customers here...got yelled at from another customer at the front desk because of the front desk person's unprofessionalism. Breakfast was a joke (white bread with tiny packages of jelly and corn flakes). Don't waste your time or money here.

This is definitely an older property in desperate need of some updating, though the lobby was pretty clean and presentable. The building is nicely painted on the outside in (patriotic?) red, white, and blue with funky matching lighting. The pool area is used for storage, and they don’t bother hiding that fact as there is old furniture, lamps, etc. everywhere around the empty pool, all clearly visible from the outside. The bathrooms inside the rooms are pretty sad with very dated combo tub/shower inserts and the toilet could have been cleaner for sure, though you could tell someone had made an effort at least, just not enough of one. Weird metal bed supports that make a loud metallic banging sound when accidentally kicked, something which happens more than you would think! The pillows were all constructed of thick foam, something some will like more than others
 If you like forming the pillow into the shape you like for sleeping, that’s virtually impossible with these. Linens were otherwise clean, heater and a/c worked well, as did the microwave and fridge. There’s a 24 hour grocery store 3 minutes from the property which turned out to be a life-saver for us at 2am when we realized we had forgotten some trip items. We found this motel to be fine if you just need a VERY reasonably-priced place to sleep and aren’t a high-maintenance type of person.

Bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Room was clean, but not in great condition. Hallways smelled of pot which came into rooms at times. Ice machine broken, pool not open, terrible breakfast. Woman at the front desk was rude when we asked for ice. Met basic needs, but wouldn’t recommend.

Was charged $5 cash extra to check in at 2:00 p.m. Front desk said that was the charge for checking in one hour early. The sink and tub in the first room I was given (Room 104) was clogged and would not drain. Also both light bulbs by the beds were burned out & did not work. I was finally moved to room 125 late the night of March 14th. The property was very dirty, both inside and out. There was discarded furniture by the back door (close to where we parked our vehicle). Also we saw that the pool area had discarded furniture stacked in that area...when we were told the pool was closed for renovations by the front desk. I would not stay at this property again!!

The police was there for whatever reason ; but harassing everyone who was just trying to get to their room! We changed rooms TWICE ; the first room smelled like smoke smh Then they move us to a room a where the window was COMPLETELY broken; just sitting on the floor. When asked for a refund because it was unsafe, stinky, dirty, etc. I was denied one 
 we checked out the same day we checked in to find somewhere safer. Don’t even waste y’all’s time frfr . I wish I could upload pictures , unfortunately I can’t but trust me ; this place is a NO GO

Look you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Location: no complaints, it was in a great location. Bed comfort: beds are hard with no give. Shower head: if you know...it was okay For being "renovated" and "non smoking" I'd use those lightly. It's a coat of paint, vinyl flooring and a shower piece. Seemed very 420 friendly which would be whatever normally but i had my young kid. Our room smelled very heavily of it. Couldn't use heater/ac/fan because it smelled absolutely terrible like cigarette smoke. TV didnt work, sink didn't drain well, door didn't close on own, liquid on the floor coming from outside?? Seems more like housing than motel. VERY loud between interstate and guests. This place still need ALOT of work. As much as I wanted to like this place upon entry, we were pretty disappointed.
