The rooms were amazing and comfortable, the pool was chilly but the hot tub was great

When we checked in the front desk gave us a key and when we went into that room it wasn’t cleaned and had already been used. So we went back down and got another key for a different room and she seemed a bit inconvenienced by doing this

No shower curtain. No bathmat and the shower was extremely slippery. We went and bought out own mat.

Bathroom sink didn't drain and toilet, kept running and spraying water out of the tank. Reported it, but when I returned at the end of the day, still not fixed. They moved me to a different room and act like I should be grateful for the l upgrade. Had to move all my stuff and get unpacked, only to find the TV didn't work in the new room. They can't exchange a TV because they're bolted to the furniture, so I had to pack up and move to a third room. No apologies for the inconveniences or anything. these things should be checked for functionality in between guests.
