We had to switch to a different room because our first room didn't have curtains. No blinds, no curtains. Weird. The fire alarm went off at 3AM and we all had to evacuate to the parking lot for an hour. It was a bad experience, overall.

Very annoying that the majority of my stay the room key did not work - their system was down? Unacceptable for the length of time it took to get it working again.

Our room looked like it wasn't vacuumed before we checked in. We asked to change rooms and thankfully they were able to provide us with a new room. While the new room was clean, the carpet was not in good shape. There was a burn mark and a giant stain. The walls were also pretty thin so I could hear people yelling outside or in other rooms. I am also unsure if there is any staff after midnight.

The staff was really nice and helpful however areas of the room were unclean. The bed sheets had stuff that looked like makeup and holes in it. The first morning we took a shower the pipes were making a loud noise that lasted for an hour. The staff walked in out room without any notice while my fiance was in the shower during this time too. During the first night someone was banging on our window and overall we just felt unsafe. We enjoyed the cable and how nice the staff were but this experience was not worth it.

Upset that the pool area was closed also parking was a problem with the restaurant next store so we had to park a bit away which was very dark.The good thing is that the bed and pillows were the best .We stayed at a very expensive hotel the night before and the pillows were very hard.

This place is rather Beautiful. I think it is newer or I just overlooked it. The rooms are great. They were super clean and everything was in great condition. They serve a hot breakfast and the variety of items available was really impressive. The gym is small but has all the essentials needed for a great workout so anything bigger would have been a waste of space. I did not utilize the pool, maybe on my next visit.
