If you advertise a continental breakfast dont do it half ass to where nobody would eat there.

Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay started with a great welcome. After that it went downhill. 1 king bed executive suite - the cabinet for the fridge had hanging door partially off. The bathroom a dead spider in it. dirt in the on off light switch looked like had been there not cleaned for a century. fold out couch was very old and had a huge stain on it and sagged bad. Chair in that area also stains. We couldnt' find remote for one TV. While looking all over for it we found someones discarded crk pipe under the cushion of the couch. YIKES. Bathroom was fairly clean . Fan didn't work. Smell of something and cleaner they used were disturbing. we were lucky to shut off the air and crack a window open the entire stay. Breakfast was a shame. Toilet seat was burned in several places turning the seat to a gray color with melted spots. Beds were okay, some stains on the sheets (small ones) but you could tell they were washed and fresh. The area by the window and the bed were much better than the bathroom and "suite" area. I will not be staying there again. BUT the people working there were very friendly. nice smiles and chatter. Luckily we were gone from sunup to sundown, so all we did was sleep.

Boogers, bedbugs and sleeping on the job.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was relatively easy, once in our room we noticed a placard stating the items in the room were for sale at the front and charges would be put in place if the corresponding item was not in the room upon check out. We did not have an alarm clock in our room when we arrived, so we informed the front desk to ensure no charge. Satyed 2 nights and the day we went to checkout I was covered in what is now assumed to be bed bug bites. My boyfriend had a few but i have counted over 20 bites just from the 2 night stay we had. The staff seemed very inattentive as one night when returning late the front desk attendant was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. With the general unsanitary environment coupled with the staff, overall I would never stay here again.

The silent fan in bathroom didn't work, toilet barely flushed, carpet was dirty, pillow case was torn.

It was a very homely experience! I was very happy to see that pets were allowed on property, and everything was very clean!
