Very clean and very conveniently located minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Exceptional in-house restaurant and Starbucks on-site. We did have one issue with housekeeping not showing up (despite requesting it during on-line check-in).

JB the manager when we checked in is one of the best people my wife and I encountered on our trip. He was so helpful and reassuring that what seemed like a major problem became a slight inconvenience. Marriott hotels are always very nice in our experience but what makes them great are the people that work there, like him. Thanks!

Room 104 was horrendous-between the ice machine, the elevator, and the lobby, we were awake until 2am. Definitely do not stay when there are weddings…drunk people hollering through the halls and waiting for the elevator.

Overall mid to high 3.x . Could be a solid 4+
Decent place but staff could be better. We stayed 11 days and had to ask for supplies (like toilet paper) a few times. Also had to ask for them to change our sheets since they hadn't after 8 days. I wanted to discuss these concerns on check out but the front desk wanted to email me my receipt and didn't ask how my too close to $2k stay was. The location was perfect for our stay but there are other properties around. The room was clean and over all the interior of the property was good.
