We liked the property, location and overall condition. That said, the air conditioning unit left much to be desired. It wouldn't permit room temperatures below 74 degrees. The unit fan simply quit working at that level. It was uncomfortable and very humid in the room.

I felt like they were a perfect “home base” for our state fair trip. The shuttle back and forth was a lifesaver, driver was incredible. We are already planning to come back next year if we bring another project to State Fair.

I chose this property because it is close to the MN State Fair. What I didn't know was that the hotel provides a shuttle to the fairgrounds. That was so helpful! I will stay there again next year when I want to go to the fair.

This is undoubtedly one of if not thee nicest hotel close to the State Fairgrounds!! Would recommend for sure!
