Had to undress to turn on shower. Cold water.
Starbucks offered in lobby.

Hotel was very nice frustrated i had to pay for parking. Nothing was mentioned before booking hotel. Ive never stayed someplace that i had to pay to stay in the hotels parking lot.

The hotel is nice. Breakfast is pricey at $15/person
No free option. Sometimes coffee is available, not always
My stay was 6 nights. On the firsdt day we found the shower bodywash bottle was empty. I asked each day for it to be re-filled and it never happened. The room was never cleaned my entire stay even though I requested it. I also received a ticket for parking even though I was not told it was paid parking.
I will not stay again.

The staff wasn't very welcoming, or friendly . Upon check-in and check out, the staff members acted as if I was a bother. I paid for a king room and was given a double. Trissa didn't try to resolve the issue. It was take it or leave it.
