Staff had bad attitudes and not hospitable at all! No food choices and the on site restaurant was inconsistent with the hours. $18 for breakfast and it wasn’t worth it! Coffee,Cookie and free water was the best thing about the stay. I would not recommend this hotel as there are other options in the area.

We had registered for 6 occupants and there were only three towels, no bedding on the pullout nor were there any ava liable i. the room. We had to call the front desk for bedding and they told us there were no staff that could bring it to us. We also had to call for more towels and pick them up ourselves. The shampoo and the conditioner in the shower were both empty and and we ran out of toilet paper on the first stay. To top it off the window was stuck open about two inches. We called right away to get it fixed and they said they would send someone to our room. No one ever showed up and we had to crank the heat and also put towels in the opening sit was -18 degrees celsius. We requested housekeeping for the next day and when we returned hours later. no one had come nor did they ever. I called the front desk to voice my concerns and she pretty much told me that they housekeeping wasn’t her department. Not helpful at all.

The bed is next to the door. Everyone passing by can hear it. The toilet is in the middle and there is no air conditioning. There is also a large desk by the window. It is totally uncomfortable accommodation. The parking fee is also very expensive.

We booked a room for five people but were given one that could only fit four. This forced three of us to share a single bed, which is unacceptable. The hotel claimed they were oversold due to the Twin Cities Con event, yet they didn't offer any compensation or refund. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

No housekeeping Ihad to take out my own trash. No hot water in the sink. Had to get maintenance to fix shower no hot water and didn’t work well. Not the same hotel we stayed in before. Liked it better 5 years ago not sure if I would stay again.

I was not aware that each vehicle would be charged $15 a night to park. When we checked in, i was given 2 parking passes. I thought they were included in the room. After I checked out the chages were on my card.
