I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the lobby and entrance area was. I loved the decor and layout. There was a restaurant in the hotel that stayed opened late that was so convenient especially the first night we arrived and missed the evening reception. The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that the front door was kept locked throughout the day and night and is accessible with key card. The fitness area was one of the nicest ones we have encountered.

The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the free dining food and drinks. The $14 for parking was kind of a junk fee, as there is ample parking onsite, but I guess it makes the room seem cheaper and other downtown hotels charge parking fees.

Everything was absolutely perfect really enjoyed our stay however my car did get broken too. Nothing major stolen but with all the security cameras would have at least like to know if they were guests of the hotel or just people roaming.

Hotels.com issue, not Drury Plaza issue

Everything was great except our room did not have a bathtub so we could give our child a bath. The staff informed us that no rooms in the hotel had bathtubs, and I did confirm this on the hotel website. However, hotels.com lists not only pics, but rooms advertised with tubs on the website. So not an issue with the Drury Plaza, more hotels.com did not have proper information on the booking site.

Clean and great gym

Beds were comfy and breakfast was great. Super clean and enjoyed the gym section. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the laundry payment method. It only took apply pay as credit card payments gave an error. The dryer stated it’s $3 but you are charged $5.

I noticed the attention to detail in the rooms regarding phone chargers, outlets, towel hooks by the shower. The main thing I want to address is your fantastic staff. From check-in to ALL of the staff keeping the breakfast buffet full with a smile-you all are amazing. I observed interactions with a couple children who had questions at the buffet and your staff was so kind. 5 stars from us; we'd definitely stay again.
