The only redemption of this stay was the location. Parking was not included in the stay. Our room was nice but had major issues including a left chewed on pen, and the heat never adjusting to a temperature higher than 69°.

Everything was wonderfully easy, efficient and no hassle. Unfortunately apparently three small wet spots (two of which weren’t from the pets but from an overfull sand which and all of which likely were only visible as I’d cleaned them ) led to the hotel saying they needed to “air the room out” and they had to “clean the room before resell” and a charge of $250. This leads me to believe that they are NOT in fact cleaning the rooms between stays and just replacing linens and making it look like they did. Also makes me wonder why you say “pet friendly” and have an incidental fee? Seems as if they should just charge $100 more per night and state that if anything at all touches the carpet be it water or ketchup or even some snow sludge since it’s in MINNESOTA IN DECEMBER that it’ll just be an additional $250. $327 for a single night stay with the two service animals and that’s with $75 off through Expedia booking. Absolutely ridiculous.

First night stay , there computer system down . I do not have room key . And staff ask all my information and write down on the paper said will put in computer for me next day. Second day I check out I got a parking ticket. I bring it to the front desk to find out why ? She said they forgot out they forgot put in my information .

Stay elsewhere unethical hotel
I booked the room after attending a music concert in the area. When I arrived the front desk clerk told me and my companion she closed the books for the night and we could not get the room we reserved. She told me the room would be refunded and they do this to keep the hotel quiet when events like the concert are going on in the area. When I noticed I was refunded I reached out and they claimed I was a no show and they not hotels/com would issue a refund. Stay elsewhere.
