We checked in too early and the room was not ready but they offered us a lift with their courtesy car to one of the local museums and we were noticed when the room was ready. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
Amazing views over the city from our Skyline View room at level 29.
The bed was excellent, the room was spacious and very well decorated, as were all the public areas.

What a fantastic Hotel!! The staff was warm and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and very modern.

Lovely but terrible elevators
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsExquisite property. Unfortunately, the elevator options are extremely limited, negatively affected every trip up or down the entire stay. There was also a huge spill of multiple coffees on one of the elevators, and people had no choice but to step in it because they were always crowded.
