Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you didn't care for our property. May i ask which staff you may have come in contact with or when you arrived to narrow it down so I can assist my staff in being more attending to our guest? also, we are due for a refresh come November of this year we hope that you will come back and see us once we are fulling back up and updated. The hotel room, pool area, and breakfast room was very clean. Staff was awesome and super helpful. Charolette’s made check-in fast and easy. She checked in on us throughout our stay also.

Very clean and quiet during night time. It’s a nice pool & hot tub. They have hot breakfast on your stay, If ever come back this is where I would stay again
