The room was very large and comfortable. Impressed that there was 4 jr hockey teams staying there and we never heard a peep. Sound proofing was great.
However i was so disappointed in the bathroom and breakfast areas. The bathroom in our room was so small that i couldn't even shut the door with my walker. The toilet was a low seated toilet and was difficult to sit on and get up from.
The breakfast area sas not accessible at all. I could not reach anything while in my wheelchair. And while i struggled, your two ataff members just watched me and did not offer any assistance. I hope they enjoyed the show.
When i looked to book a room, i specifically asked for handicapped accessible hotels. Unfortunately, yours was not.
