Not as expected

The front desk help was very friendly so check in was very easy. However, the facility looked very worn down and not clean. There was dirt on flooring; smudge hand prints on the glass to office doors and windows in the entry way. The elevator was dirty to even touch the floor numbers. Upon exiting the elevator, the heat coming from an air conditioner in the ice/vending machine room was unbelievable and no one seemed to care that this non functioning air conditioner was blowing out hot air so it made the hallway very uncomfortable. Upon entering our non smoking room - it smelt like it was used as a smoking room but with a cover up fragrant smell. The room seemed to be clean but very worn out carpet. The chair in the corner had holes and stuffing coming out which didn't make you feel comfortable. All in all - the price and location of this hotel was not worth the money as you just didn't feel clean.

Its been a while since I have been to a hotel that is terrible. I thought this being a hilton we would be fine. Aside from the property looking terrible. Not even a trash can outside. The hallways are hot and humid, hot tub doesn't work, and staff seem annoyed with anyone being there. The girst women came around after a few mins. Aside from all that after bringing my luggage to the car, I came inside and went to over to breakfast, after getting some food I seen that they charge $16 for breakfast!!!! We are not talking about a nice fancy breakfast. I am talking hust your basic breakfast with limited options and you want $16!!! We already paid quiet a bit for the room, with terrible air condition, even the elevators at exteemely hot! I was pretty upset to find they charge that much. I for sure will not be going back to this hotel. I hope they put some work into that hotel and concider giving conplimentary breakfast to guests otherwise concider a major upgrade ro breakfast!

All Hilton Garden Inn's do charge for breakfast as they are all fresh cooked food, as there are brands such as Hampton Inn that don't charge for breakfast.

Overall our stay was fine. The hot tub was under construction and we weren’t notified before our upcoming reservation. Our room smelt like mold and mildew but was okay for a short stay. The front desk staff was hit or miss some very nice some rude and not helpful.

Need to fix door from pool to outside couldn’t get in after went outside. They couldn’t give me coffee pods cause couldn’t find any and all that was left in the room was defac.
