We end up in the twin cities once or twice a year and this had become our go to hotel for the past 5 or so years. We find things here are always consistent. Comfortable beds, always clean rooms-common areas and the property appears well maintained and taken care of. There is ample parking and an overflow parkade if needed. We’ve never done the restaurant on scene but it’s usually busy which is usually a good sign. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and the mini Starbucks bar in the lobby is great. Keep up the great work Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington and we’ll see you again soon

Great option in Bloomington

Our family always enjoys staying at the Bloomington Hilton. Even with the construction on 494, we found it easy to get to and the free parking is a great benefit! The hotel is always super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Poor airport shuttle service.

We were advised upon arrival that the only airport shuttles available the next morning were 6 am or 9am even though the shuttle is supposed to run every hour. We were forced to take the 6 am even though much earlier than we would have liked. The reason given for the lack of service between 6-9 am was a group staying at the hotel had reserved the shuttle bus to take them to a non airport location. Very disappointing. If the shuttle is booked for something other than scheduled airport transport an alternative should be offered to and from to airport.
