The room was fine, nothing special, a little dated. Front desk staff was pretty unpleasant. Upon arrival our plan was to park at the property and shuttle to the airport as the posting said parking available for $10/day. When I checked in and asked to set this up I was told they have no parking and were pretty unapologetic about it. When we set up the shuttle for a portion of my family the next morning since i had to find another parking solution, they only do the shuttles on the hour and the next morning said they didn't have us down for our shuttle and again they seemed annoyed by it instead of helpful. Would not recommend this hotel, definitely stay somewhere more accomodating and with better customer service training.

This property is on the aging side of things. We originally received a room with an issue with the window where it's not enclosed properly leading to rain leaking through the window and the noise from highway become an issue to sleep at night. The staff were quickly to handle the issue and transferred us to another room the next day. Overall, I probably won't stay again due to the aging of the property but I'm very blessed with the staff and their professionalism.

My family and I traveled over the weekend and had an awesome experience at this location. Staff were very nice and approachable. Our room was clean and met our expectations. This location was very close to restaurants and major tourist attractions. I suggest you book here!
