We usually stay at Hampton Inn but Holiday Inn was a better price and im glad we stayed. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean. The shuttle to the Mall was perfect, especially Gary, showed us the local stops if we needed something. The parking fee I didnt like but all the hotels did it and with the price compared to other hotels, still was cheaper. Overall a nice place to stay

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay if flying. We had at be at the airport by 4am and the shuttle worked perfectly. Rooms were very nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. Outback stake house is next door that we walked to. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Upon collecting my luggage from baggage claim, I requested for the "complimentary airport shuttle". After about 10 min, a driver was finally assigned for the pick up. The hotel is roughly a 5 min drive, yet 15 min later there was still no shuttle. I called the front desk a few times but no one picked up the phone so I ended up having to get an Uber. When I arrived to the hotel, the ladies at the front desk excused the missed shuttle as driver "was really stressed out" due to the multiple cancelled flights (not really the guest's problem). I could tell the lady who checked me in was in training as she did not fully know how to work the system, but even with this in mind I'd say that the check in was below standard, impersonal, and just overall bad. It was after 11pm and I made it known that I needed to head to the airport by 3am for an early flight and yet she reviewed the breakfast and amenities information with me (what for?). At check out a few hours later, she did not even look at me. I just Ubered back to the airport in fear of a similar experience from the way in. This aside, room was spacious and clean. Too bad the welcoming was this poor.
