Nice hotel, friendly staff, small bug issue.
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was clean, nicely furnished and large. Coffee pot was non functioning, but quickly replaced when asked for a new one.
Beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect.
My main complaint is that there were bugs in our room. You could watch them crawl around the floor and sheets, which was very unappealing. Spoke with the hotel desk and showed them a video of the bugs (possibly small ants, but I’m not a bug expert so not positive what they are), they assured me maintenance would look into it. So hopefully it’s fixed for the next guest, Dissapointed though that we had them for our stay, nobody wants bugs crawling on `em when they sleep.

Really liked the pool and splash pad only wish they would keep older kids from using the pirate ship as its meant for toddlers older kids have 2 large waterpark slides and jumping lily pads. Was the only thing we didnt like as the littles got pushed out of the way and couldnt get to the only slides built as the older kids just budged infront and made it hard for them to even play in the splash zone

Very nice hotel. Loves the pool area and arcade, plus the double bunks in the room with our King size!

Breakfast staff was amazing both mornings.
Drinks at the bar in the evening were a little on the high side. Stayed with my daughter and we were both unaware water slide was not operational during the week, which made our stay a little less fun.
