Hôtel récent proche de toutes les commodités. (Navette aéroport gratuité)
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.
Mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits le ménage a été oublié deux fois, et une troisième fois les serviettes ont été changées mais les lits pas fait.
Hôtel familial donc très bruyant
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel

Publié le 24 juin 2019 sur HotelsChambre très agréable, un petite cuisine bien équipée et un petit déjeuner complet . Navette gratuite depuis l’hôtel pour l’aéroport et mall of America , mais également en téléphonant depuis l’aéroport et le mall . Hôtel à proximité du outlet premium Twin City .

They charged extra for parking and tried to make us pay an additional $20. Front desk staff was rude

Expensive Pet fee for overnight
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI booked on Hotels.com for pet friendly. We were taking our puppy to the U of M vet because he is unable to walk. We arrived at 11:00 and checked out at 7:30. I didn’t know that you had a HUGE (Hotels.com won’t let me post how high) fee for pets. It was not easily accessible on your website and Hotels.com did not tell us there was an added charge that high for a short stay. While the manager reduced it to a bit, but not much and showed me the policy. I think for an overnight, this is ridiculous, we would have never stayed here (which may be why you do this). I will let Hotels.com know when I do my review on there website.

Dear Anonymous,I am sorry you did not know about the charge and I am glad I could show you how that is certainly out there on all sites for people to see. As a dog owner, like I am, you have to expect that there is always a fee but the hotels do handle them differently. You mentioned the Holiday Inn Express not charging so I looked at the one nearest here and they charge 30 each day. We charge 75 for up to 4 nights and 125 is the maximum for 5+ nights, very standard. Sorry you are just learning that is does cost to travel with your dog, but we love them!Hope your little one is fine and safe travels,

Property is nice and quiet, conveniently located close to Eagan Premium Outlet. The only issue I had is the Parking. I have to pay 10$ for the parking for an overnight stay.

The reason for this charge is that we do not own the lot, the city of Eagan does, so that is why Hilton allows us to simply pass the charge on to you the guest who has a car.
