Paint pealing ceiling in the room says it all. After checking in I found out that house keeping is every three days! My rough towels were even worse the next few days.the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were smelly.would not be back.

We had a great time overall. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Variety of foods and I was very impressed with the healthier choices. The only improvement I can think of is the bed. Wish it's be bigger. I had trouble sleeping in the double bed.

Random deduction from deposit with no explanation

They charged $100 for safety deposit on my credit card that they said will be returned after check-out. They did return some money back to my credit card, but with $3.98 less without any explanations. I felt like being cheated out a few dollars. Can they legally do that? It will now be a big hassle to try and get the money back. I could see this adding up, if they do that to a lot of customers.

The property was clean and comfortable and good for an overnight stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few guest over indulging themselves with smoking marijuana that had the elevator and hallway wreaking to the point we wondered if we would get a contact high just getting to our room. Breakfsst in the morning was very good with several hot and cold food choices to get our day started. Overall, a decent place to spend a relatively inexpensive night.

The tub had blue stains around the drain, the bed sheets seemed like they were not changed. There were dirty spots on the wall, desk and TV. My daughters and I saw a big bug with wings that we never seen before crawling down the curtain by the window. The hotel elevator needs attention because of the condition and didn’t feel safe. People were smoking substances in their room on the same floor we stayed that we could smell it in the hallway. Children running/racing back and forth in the hallway in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep. Better luck next time.

Downtown Minneapolis is about 12-15 mins, located in a nice frontage road. There is a Trader Joe close by. Parking was free. Staff were nice!

Do not stay here

Really dirty hotel. Trash bags left leaking in the halls, no hot water, slow internet, tub/shower combo not functional, and rude people working up front. Breakfast was gross, not clearly labled for food allergies/restrictions. If you are jewish, islamic, or hindu i wouldnt stay here as they mix their meats/utensils. They also labeled pork sausage as turkey sausage and fed it to people who aren't allowed to eat pork. Gym was dirty, the side doors to the hotel never lock so safety is not guarenteed at all. The heater in the room had only 2 settings, off or standing on the surface of the sun. Do not stay here.
