We are unsure of any misunderstanding regarding the owner’s presence on the property. Our listing clearly states that the owner has a suite on the lower level of the home. For your reference, here is the relevant information from our listing: Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage: The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3-story property and garage. This area has a completely separate main entrance and no cross traffic with the guests' area. These areas are not included in the rental agreement. The owner retains the right to access and use the owner's area during the rental period. Please do not block the garage door access to the third, single garage door, as the owner may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floors of the home. Additionally, this information is included in the signed rental agreement. We highly recommend reading the rental agreement thoroughly to understand all expectations. The only shared area of the property is the parking pad, which can accommodate two cars. Additional cars can be parked on the street. There is no cross traffic in any other spaces. The owner has use of the backyard, while guests have exclusive use of the front yard. We always give 24-hour notice before entering the home when responding to guests' requests, except in emergencies. All financial expectations are listed on VRBO and in the signed rental agreement. At any time your guest number changed, please contact us as soon as possible and we would update your agreement. Thank you again for your feedback.
