There was no continental breakfast one morning breakfast is important to me I work full time it was also no shampoo or soap very disappointing. They also tell me that my boyfriend can't bring his support dog. And his support dog is very important to him. So he feels really without ease without him. Witch is confusing to my boyfriend because he can hear other people with their dogs in their rooms how come it seems like we're being singled out because he can't bring him. When it states dogs are allowed to for a deposit.

Check-in was good, but many people were turned away that evening, and cops were called because the hotel overbooked their rooms. We reserved an executive room but were given an economy/standard room. We asked for a price adjustment, but the offer was declined. The manager insisted that we had already paid a discounted price so nothing could be done. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

Walked in smelled like the devils lettuce!!!! Front desk was not the nicest person. Room was clean. Had ZERO cell service indide the building which is very strange, forcing you to connect o their non password protected wifi. Overall i probably wouldnt stay again.

Terrible service and very dirty plus they didn’t allow us to check in until 2 hours after arriving and past the actual check in time as well.

Nice except shower head!
