Very uncomfortable place to stay. I don’t like it at all . The receptionist not polite at all. Very disappointed with the refunds.

This property is not at all what it looks like on the reservation page. It smelled terribly like smoke, the rooms were dirty, the sheets had stains. I would not recommend.

At 2am the parking lot behind the hotel was packed with people having a party. They had their music blasting and the whole thing was just chaos. The phone in the room was not working so you couldn’t reach the front desk to have them address it. The place just seemed to be taken over by these careless, jobless, inconsiderate people, for they seemed to be hanging around the hotel.

My daughter lost her ring down the drain. It wasn't an expensive ring but it had great sentimental value. I went to the desk for help and he called someone in to help retrieve it. Thankfully he got it out quickly and without any issues. I could not say thank you enough both guys that help out were such a blessing. So to the 2 men that helped both me and my daughter thank you so much and i hope you get a chance to read this. I hope you have the best day ever.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur Hotelscheck in and out was very easy as well as the booking process, room was clean but the beds were not. there was a bug on the bed so we stripped it to see if there was bedbugs and thankfully there wasnt! big stains on the comforters as well.

When I first got there to check in, there was nobody at the desk to check me in so I sat there for almost 15 minutes. The shower was disgusting there were holes where the shower bar should have been. The floor was damp or something so I could not walk around without shoes. The microwave was not clean at all, the apps on the TV did not work it was the worst 2 days ever
