More than expectations

Took son to college

Out of State Visit
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe duplex was comfortable, convenient, and overall met the expectations of the stay. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and was pleasant to engage. Check-in was easy. The only area of improvement recommended is ensuring the patio is clean/usable given the price point. Spent time upon arriving cleaning limbs and debris from the patio to not trip/track in debris on the bedroom carpet. Next day during our visit the gutters were cleaned but the debris was knocked off and left on the patio by the door and once again spent 20-30 minutes removing debris/cleaning to utilize the space during the beautiful weather. Other than this minor inconvenience everything was great and the stay was appreciated!

Cosy and Quiet

Perfect home base
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place was just as advertised— very cute, comfortable and clean. We could walk to a few shops and restaurants. We didn’t cook much but found everything we needed. Kitchen seemed well stocked. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio with our cups of coffee each morning to plan our day. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

A Perfect Spot in our old Neighborhood, with Quick Response from our Host when Needed

The apartment was beautifully furnished and Christina responded quickly when we had a question. The location was also perfect for us, in the neighborhood where we used to live, on a quiet street, but just a short walk to shops and public transit connections to pretty much anywhere in the Twin Cities and inner suburbs. I hope this apartment will be available next time we visit. If so, we'll definitely stay there again.
