Upon arrival the parking garage was confusing. There was no email saying that we needed to bring our parking ticket with us in order to get back into the garage so I had to wait for someone to open the door to get to my vehicle. Then checking in I could barely hear the person who checked us in. I had to ask four times to speak louder because I could not hear her. This made me feel frustrated because I’m not deaf or hearing impaired. Also got to the room and it was hotter than a sauna in our room. As well as our fridge wasnt even cold in which we brought beverages. I had to adjust the temp in the fridge which means i had to pull it. The top of the fridge was dusty. Then we went to the maoui maoui bar and drink were way to expensive and they really didnt know how to make a simple sex on the beach plus they out of a lot of stuff that normal Bars in this area usaully have in stock. I know this hotel is great but this experience could have been better. I’m not trying to be a snob but there was just a lot of things that we were not impressed by this time.

The property was clean and well-maintained. While the rooms were smaller than expected, they were still comfortable and tidy. We made a last-minute booking for a king-sized bed with a city view. Unfortunately, the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor, where the view was limited due to surrounding taller buildings. Additionally, one of the windows was partially obstructed by a flag, further diminishing the already modest view.

We only stayed one night at the Rand. We particularly enjoy classic old style design and the Rand has done a nice job preserving it. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the fitness room was well equipped. Our room was roomy and very clean and everything worked! We would stay again.

Beautiful old world style hotel.
The hotel is sophisticated and grand in an old world style. We stayed on a top floor suite and it was beautiful. There are not food or drink options before 5 PM other than breakfast. Keep that in mind if you’re looking for an afternoon or drink. There is nothing available on site. It is conveniently located next to many bars and restaurants. The parking is close and very convenient.

Stay was amazing , the bar on 5th floor was not impressive . We are flexible with drink options and the bar did not have any drinks we would like. Told us they were out of whisky completely . was surprised by this but other then that our stay was very comfortable
