Traveled 8 hours from North Dakota for a concert I’ve been waiting months for. The staff were nice. I liked how when I entered my room, the TV was on and it welcomed me. There wasn’t a microwave in the room. However they were able to send one up to me. The sofa bed could use a comforter, had to request one. The refrigerator would make that cooling sound but it barely kept my drinks and leftover food cold. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel had some funky decorations that gave it a lot of personality. The restaurant and bar had great staff and a great value for the cost. The community lounge areas were welcoming. The club lounge was inviting and clean . The pool and hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The Renaissance is a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, very classy and upscale. Beautifully decorated witj nice lounges, restaurant and bar. Room had a balcony with a view of the pool. The only issue was the bathrrom sink did not have hot water. Other than that, i would stay there again
