The hotel was very close to Mall of America, and it also offered complementary shuttle to the Mall. The staff during the first shift was great, they were very kind and explained everything/scheduled the shuttle for us and even gave us coupons book for the Mall of America. The staff the next day was not so great, we called for the shuttle, and they forgot to tell the driver, so we had to wait at the Mall for the shuttle to pick us up. Breakfast was free and pretty good. The room was good but outdated and thus not very pleasant to be in it.

This was a great hotel for a family of 5. We love the kitchenette area and the ease of location by the Mall of America. Breakfast was good and we will stay here again for sure!

Family trip
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsPull out couch and one bed were not comfortable. TV kept turning off and glitchy. The room was big and fit our family of 5 well. There also was not a hot tub and the pool was cold.
