Room varied from 78 degrees to 68 degrees despite setting the thermostat at 73. Air conditioner kicked on and blew cold air for 30 minutes. This repeated all night despite 25 degree outside temperature. Thermostat had AC set to off and instead set to heat. Also AC very loud when running.

The guest service of cleaning the room was poor. Of the 8 nights we stayed, our sheets were only changed once on day 7 after much complaint. When we checked in, the clerk said new towels every other day and cleaning with new sheets every 4th day. Two times we asked for cleaning with no result. One other day they made up the bed without clean sheets. We did get clean towels every other day.
