Book here and you will end up SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR! If I am able to give 0 star or better yet negative star, I will. With my friends and our family, we booked 3 rooms with SUBURBAN hotel-room for 6, 5 and 4 people in each room with kids. Booked thru Expedia with 2 queen beds in each room. We checked in and got into our rooms. To our dismay, each room only has 1 queen bed. How can we possibly fit each family with these rooms?! I went back to reception to let her know that this was not we booked. She said that this was the room request that they received. I asked to move us to the room that we paid for. She explained that there are no available rooms. Fine, so I asked to at least provide us with some matress. Unfortunately,she said they don’t have any. She made some “calls”, and she found 2 extra rooms-1 with double bed. Went to the room and that room was not cleaned-garbage scattered and towels on the floor. Situation now was more frustrating. Informed her with the room situation again. She advised us that the only thing she can do was to provide blankets. In the end, the husbands SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! With my 3 kids, including a toddler, we had no choice but to share the one bed. On top of this, their rooms are dirty and stinky. They offer discount but no amount of money can compensate with this incompetence. We booked a hotel for convenience and to be able to rest after a long drive especially when you have kids. This was the worst hotel!

Below average in appeal from front lobby to the room. Old furniture, not updated at all. Drawers in dresser were open and wouldn’t close. Lights didn’t have bulbs and were burnt out as well. Not one thing appealing about the place. Way over priced at $155. a night. No ice machine, so no cold water.

It was comfortable and the staff awesome. FYI Bring your own kitchenware. Cupboards empty including no cookware. It was very quiet. I was there Monday-Wednesday.
