The staff were great but the room was gross. Very dirty and as we were leaving I was doing a quick room check and there was dirty underwear under the bed. Gross!! Won’t stay again.

DON'T STAY HERE!
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsI requested an early check-in and was told 2 PM. Regular check-in is 3 PM. I ended up having to rent a car from the airport so I had a place for my bags while I went to meetings. When i checked in, the mgr wanted to charge me a $200 room deposit. I told him to cancel my room. I didn't have $200 to spend since I rented a car. He said he'd only charge me $100 and I went to my room. I later noticed he charged me $175. I got off the elevator to the smell of marijauna. My door wasn't shut all the way. I pushed it open and walked in. The door frame is too small and the door gets stuck. It took both hands to get it shut and lock the deadbolt. The room smelled terrible. The ac kept the room from getting hot, but never cool. I went to shower and thr shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The curtain kept sliding back to the middle, so water got all over bathroom. And it smelled like cigarettes when the vent fan was on. There were no bed pillows. Only throw pillows with pillow cases on them. I did check for bed bugs, surprisingly there weren't any. They had no plates at breakfast. Everyone was eating pancakes with plastic spoons out of bowls. I grabbed the best looking banana I could find and went back to my room. I was about to peel it when I saw bugs crawling all over it. I know this isn't the Hilton, but I've never had issues with a Super 8. All I wanted was a clean room for one night. I'll never stay at a Super 8 again.
