Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean and beautiful room. So bad there was no one to help us with our luggages for an hotel like these. The services should be more prestigious for a 5 stars hotel. Even the breakfast was not bad but very poor.
Still had a great time there

Hotel was lovely. Spacious rooms with beautiful artwork. Large bathroom.
Only downside is the hotel does not have a bar or coffee shop.

First time in Minneapolis
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was so helpful about everything! My key wouldn’t work and they kindly fixed the issue several times. Also they were very helpful with restaurant choices in the area. And just giving general directions with parking. Parking was pricey because the ramp that was suggested was full all the time due to it being a performing arts school. So get there at a decent time either before or after school hours or maybe the weekend other there are other parking options in the area but further away. Overall great stay and I’ll be booking again for another event.

It is a secure property requiring a key card to get into bldg or be buzzed in my staff. Kiddos to staff front desk lady greeted us warmly but with a problem- no clean towels/sheets this was city wide for all downtown hotels offered our $ back. Since we were early we would be first in line to get a room. Laundry did come in around check in time. Room large clean decorated with modern abstract art. Bathroom shower large with rain head shower. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast available but we did part take. We wanted a large brunch so we would be good for whole day. Hell’s Kitchen and Hen House Restaurant walkable distance. Walkable distance to sporting revenues, Murray’s Steakhouse- above excellent, and Manny’s Steakhouse. Price very reasonable. Would stay again. 8.30.2024
