The Space:

The home offers five full bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and all of which have been recently refreshed with designer décor and bedding. All have either a queen- or king-sized bed. Three bedrooms, including the two ensuites, are on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms are on the lower level and overlook the fabulous pool area. The lower level also features a kitchen area.
The bright, updated kitchen is ideal for prepping group meals, with plenty of counter space and modern appliances.
Double doors take you out to the 3,300-square-foot, climate-controlled indoor pool and entertainment area, with a resort-like feel. The space features plenty of lounge chairs, an 8-person hot tub, and a pool heated to 87 degrees for comfortable year-round swimming (3 feet in shallow end; 9.5 feet in deep end). Floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights give the space an airy, outdoor feel. Large windows overlook the golf course, wooing you to play a round or three. Pool toys, a dartboard, two pool tables, and cornhole round out the numerous entertainment options for all ages.
Outside on the patio, take in the view of the 10th hole of the public, 18-hole Hastings Golf Club, while preparing your favorites on the charcoal grill.
