Staff weren’t available ever, and no one answered or gave us towels when requested. The tile in the elevator is falling apart, and the pool/hot tub wasn’t filled (there were no signs saying the pool was closed).

I did the online check in when we showed up the room had been canceled. No explanation or refund they still charged us.

We stayed 3 nights here and moment we checked in I knew the smell was going to be an issue, by Monday morning I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. All you smell is cat pee, It’s bad, I’m not sure how they would go about even fixing a problem as severe as cat pee throughout an entire building. It’s a decent property, but of course who you have representing the property plays a huge part. The gal who checked us in “Diaonna” or something seen us drive up, get out, walk into the building and didn’t even bother to get out to vehicle she was sitting in right outside the front double doors. My husband had to call the number on the little sign at the front desk that is out 24/7. When he called we watched her get out of the parked car and come into the lobby and she began checking us in. She was nice and answered all the normal questions I had but after she followed us out and went right back into the passenger side of the car. As we were bringing out belongs in there was at least 3 other families waiting to get checked in and they looked annoyed no one was around to check them in. The crazy thing is everyone had to walk directly in front of the car she was sitting in to get into the lobby so she was fully aware all these people came in and wasn’t bothered. She was going to wait until she was called out before she came in. I only gave 3 stars because maintenance Dave saved our TV and was nice and fast at his job. Cleaning should take precedence in a beautiful property as this.
