The bottom of our door was missing! This caused a very noisy stay. It's obvious this was known yet we were charged full price.

The property itself is great. However when we checked into our room..one of the tv remotes didn’t have batteries, there was still stuff in the fridge from the previous guest, and the one bathroom was short on towels.
