We stayed for two nights at this property and we were very impressed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, great location and friendly staff. We would definitely stay at this location again in Minot.

This hotel is very conveniently located to shopping and good restaurants. I won’t say it was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed but I can definitely say it wasn’t the worst. It was decent for the money we paid and the front desk staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

Studio 6 was in the same building as Motel 6, which surprised us but the room was large, clean and very adequate for our needs. The lack of a working elevator was inconvenient and there was no breakfast, but the location was very good for our needs.

As a whole the G6 franchise (Motel / Studio 6's) do not provide breakfast in an effort to keep rates down. Service was excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The hallways were a bit hot and the elevator was under maintenance when we were there. No fan in the bathroom. Pool was clean and comfortable same with the room. Pool had towels. Room service was fast. The door wouldn’t close unless slammed. No luggage carts. We loved the location. We would definitely come back and stay tho.

We do have luggage carts but with no running elevator they aren't very useful. Please be assured that maintenance will look at the door to your room to get it operating properly. Thebroom was filty when we checked in. There was food stuffed into the armchair that was very visible whennwe walked into the room there was also food smeared.all over thenoutside of the fridge. Every surface was sticky in the room. The door to the bathroom would not always close, but whennit did, the handle was backwards and almost falling off. To get the deadbolt to latch, you had to shift the entire door, which made the door frame move. There was also a ceiling fan in the room with no way to turn it on. Carpet was disgusting. Clukd not turn on bedise lights because the switch was broken. Water handles were i stalled incorrectly - hot and cold were backwards. Staff was nice, handled the dirty room issue, but there was not much else they could do about the rest of it.
