SCAM. The apartment is located more than 2 km away from the city center relative to the location shown on the map, which is where their office is. The lady there could have told me this before I paid, but why should she? She said that "everybody knows" that the location on the map is the location of the office! I wanted to cancel but she said that then I have to write to their headquarters and then be on their mircy to get a refund. She wasn't even able to give me precise instructions on how to get there so I had to come all the way back. When I finally got in, the apartment turned out to be terribly hot because it is oriented towards Southwest and there is no airconditioning. If I open a window then it is terribly noisy because it is just above a busy street. Cutlery was set up for meal on the dining table but it was visible that someone was eating with the fork. There is old tea and coffee but no way to prepare it. There are stains on the sofa. On the upside, there is a washing mashine and a subway station is in front of the building.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied. but when you selected and booked an apartment, the exact address of the location of the apartment you selected was indicated there. and the office address was indicated separately.According to our rules, after you have checked in and paid for your stay, we cannot make a refund without a written statement indicating the reasons. the office manager suggested you to write an application for a refund, but you refused and went to the apartment.Also, when you booked the apartment, you saw the photos; the description of the apartment did not indicate that there was air conditioning.thanks for your feedback! We hope for your understanding and next time we will offer you apartments with air conditioning at the city center. best regards

The first impression was not good at all! No one mention that to get the access to the property we will have to go somewhere else. After a very long trip we arrived to the address and couldn’t get in! We were lucky that people on the street were helpful and let us use their phone to contact the office as our phones would not work in Belarus. Then we had to make another trip to the office and then back again back to the place of the stay! That was awful experience when everyone is tired and with all the luggage and not being able to call the taxi! The property location is good. The code on the flat door is too long to remember so you constantly have to have the note of it with you. The internet disappear one day because someone forgot to pay for it but gladly that was sorted out quick. The flat looks tired but liveable. Owner defiantly needs to invest to the pillows as what is there can’t be called pillow and should not be used at all! Don’t think we will stay at this property again

Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options.
