Beautiful spot, great house

The most immediately striking thing about the property is the garden - spectacular views of the mountains and a large and stylish swimming pool. But the house is also great, with large rooms and, a well-equipped kitchen. Stefano was a helpful, responsive and friendly host.

Fantastisch

Die Residenza il Palazzo dal 1894 liegt abseits vom Dorf und ist umrahmt von alten Bäumen. Ein stattliches, renoviertes Haus. Die liebevoll eingerichteten und großzügigen Zimmer sind sehr einladend. Auch das Nebengebäude mit Bad, Küche und großen Fenstern wurde sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight für uns aber war der Pool mit der großen Wiese und der herrlichen Aussicht. Fantastisch! Zwar nicht so wichtig, aber selbst der Parkbereich mit den vielen Olivenbäumen ist schön. Von da aus führt ein Laubengang zum Haus. Die Koffer können direkt vor dem Haus ausgeladen werden. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter war immer erreichbar und der Kontakt war problemlos. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Pizzaabend. Die verschiedenen Pizzen, die direkt vor Ort im Steinofen gebacken werden, waren außerordentlich gut. Vielen Dank an die beiden „Bäcker“, vor allem auch für die liebe Geburtstagsüberraschung. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Das Haus, der Pool und insgesamt der ganze Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Marcus war super und unkompliziert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Een rustige plek te midden van diverse kleine dorpjes. De woning en bijwoning zijn ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad en de omliggende tuin is ruim en heerlijk. De woning ligt hoog in de bergen, de route ernaar toe is smal, heuvelachtig en niet altijd even makkelijk te bereiden. Hou hier rekening mee. Verder een top woning met de mogelijkheid om veel van de omgeving te verkennen. En een dik compliment voor het ontvangst en de vraagbaak Elettra! Tip: bezoek aan de stad Lucca, La Spezzia, Equi Terme (grot bezoek) en Lago di Gramolazzo. Verder een concertavond bij Agriturismo Tripala ook doen!

Molto meglio di quanto speravamo

E' stato un soggiorno meraviglioso, la villa con il suo fascino di inizio '900, il grande parco con una splendida piscina, il paesaggio affascinante. I nostri 6 ragazzi sono rimasti entusiasti della vacanza, noi adulti abbiamo potuto vivere un'esperienza di grande emozione nella fantastica solitudine della location. Finalmente una vacanza tutti insieme senza troppe distrazioni.

A beautiful, spacious villa with stunning views

We loved our experience at La Palazzo. We have had many vacation rentals over the years and this stood out as one of best. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location. Marco and the other property managers were helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants, shops and sites to visit. The grounds and house were beautifully tended and the pool was perfect. We were two families with plenty of space to roam. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.
