Easy to check in and out. There were some minor issues that host was able to resolve and family had lots of relaxation and fun while staying inside the resort.

The property was very spacious and ideal for my family. The only negatives were bugs in the kitchen, In one of the bedrooms the television couldn't be on and functional, they came and hooked it up, but you couldn't change the channel or turn the volume up or down. The thermostat was locked at 69 degrees, and it was very cool. At times we wanted it a little warmer, but couldn't change it. The registers in the ceiling have not been cleaned in years. Love the space, would use it again if these things were corrected. WE ended up throwing away all of our food that was in the pantry due to bugs.

With regard to your concern, this is the first incident with bugs that we have ever heard of at this property as we take proactive steps to ensure there are not any pests. We hire a professional pest control service to inspect rooms every month and would be informed if there were any. However, we have arranged additional inspection and treatment after your check out. You may rest assured that we have already addressed all the issues that you brought up. We appreciate your time and efforts to fill us in and will look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Stale. Mildew odor. Dirt built up on banister, rails and carpet on stair case. No blanket in master bedroom.

Unclean and overpriced
Publié le 19 juin 2021 sur HotelsI don’t think anyone cleaned the condo before we got there. There were bathing suit stickers from previous renter stuck to doors and walls. There was dirty towels and socks in one of the bathroom drawers. There were crabs coming into the condo. There were termites. The condo was a nice size but not clean. And I was not given access all amenities the resort had to offer.
