Great Location, Loved the Amenities

This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. The home was in great shape and the owner was quick to respond with a maintenance visit when the AC wasn't working properly on our first day. The grill could use some TLC and I do think that the home could use a good DEEP clean (walls, baseboard, doors, etc.) but otherwise this property was perfect for our 4 night/5day trip and we would book again!

Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGolf cart was awesome. Location was great. Condo was good - needs some TLC but otherwise it was fine. The rules/contracts that we were given should be explained before you put your money down. We had a great vacation and would stay again.

To all future guests: Upon booking you receive thorough PDF’S explaining everything …not sure what previous guest is talking about did not hear from them about having any problems or not understanding the information. It’s all spelled out very thoroughly with codes, rules, and regulations, Golf cart agreement, etc.

Quick beach getaway

The property is fantastic and perfect for our family of 5. The golf cart is such a great bonus! We will be back for sure! This property is a must to rent!

Perfect getaway!

To all future guests:
I just received this review on August 20. The guest stayed on May 28 so I’m not sure why it would take three months later to tell me these things were wrong. We did have text communication and at no time did the guest mention anything about an issue?
This condo has over 50 reviews with a 9.8 out of 10 rating.
I would be happy to show any new guest our text conversations and you will see there was nothing mentioned about the issue.

Hilton Sandestin Resort
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayExcept for the electrical sockets in all the restrooms were not inoperable, bulbs out in the light fixture over the dining table and no WIFI in the entire resort for hours. Manager responded within a timely manner, but no resolution during our stay. Other than that, the unit was modernized and very nice! We had an enjoyable stay!
