The location to the beach was great! It was located in a central area for shopping and dining as well. Our room was fantastic minus the view and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great stay and plan to stay again!

Average stay for the price

The parking was not the greatest and front desk was not able to give clear directions on how to get to your room. Pictures are a little deceiving as nothing is really close by. It was an average stay, but for the price I was expecting a little more.

Blood in bathroom

Overall it was fine, however - there was blood spatter on the bathroom wall / picture. I’m in healthcare so I’m 99.999% certain that’s what it was. They did come and clean it, but it was very alarming to see.

I was satisfied with stay. The only thing that irritated me was when we requested towels and put our towels we used in the hall like housekeeping told us to do , they only brought us 2 towels and we requested 4. They acted like they couldn’t give us anymore. I told them there was 4 of us and we couldn’t use the same towel. I am a Diamond member for Hilton and have never had that happen before.

The cleaning was poor I asked the morning housekeeping lady to clean my room and she did not clean it also I asked for some towels and she didn’t want to give some she told me to go to the pool and get some other than that was good .

Room was not cleaned correctly. Carpet was humid and damp with an odor. The air freshener that they used to mask the smell was overpowering. Location was very convenient; grocery store, restaurants, beach all within walking distance.
