With a tranquil lake view and Choctawhatchee Bay in sight, this elegantly designed and comfortably furnished home is the perfect destination for your next family getaway.

The space
LIVING AREA
Abundant natural light and contemporary decor create a welcoming vibe in the open living area. This well-designed living room is suitable for enjoying a perfect movie on the 65” TV or rounds of family games at the coffee table.

KITCHEN & DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
The modern kitchen features quartz countertops and a full suite of kitchen appliances.

When you’re ready to eat, perch at the breakfast bar, or gather at the eight-person dining table. Don’t forget the six-seated kids’ table, designed for the youngest among us!

The foosball table, cubes of toys and chalkboard offer ample space and hours of fun for all ages!

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 60” TV, and a private balcony with two lounge chairs. The en-suite bathroom offers a vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor each offer a king bed and flat-screen TV.

One large size bedroom on the second floor has two twins over full bunk beds, a dream place for kids!

Downstairs, the fifth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk and a large flat-screen TV.

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was great, friendly and quiet. The children loved throwing bread to the turtles in the pond. The children’s items were great including kids’ dishes toys, and fussball. We would like to have had some storage furniture in the bedrooms such as a dresser or chest of drawers.

Perfect Pad
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Everything was clean and sanitized. If at anytime I had a question or concern, Echo responded within 5 minutes or less. This was our first beach vacation with so much bad weather; even a tornado touched down close to the resort. Echo took it upon themselves to personally text me to make sure we were all safe… that definitely speaks volume! Overall, A+ experience!!!

Fun in Sandestin
Our time at this property could not have been better. We found the home incredibly stocked with everything we needed for a fun week. The kids loved the foosball table and toys in the house. The adults really enjoyed the screened porch. We sat out there for hours talking and drinking coffee. Echo was so kind to keep in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next stay.

Large Clean Resort House in Sandestin
The house was larger than we expected and located in an older section of Sandestin close to the Links golf course, expertly remodeled in a modern coastal theme, and meticulously clean. We were in town for the week for a national junior golf tournament, and the house had plenty of room for 8 people and had everything we needed. The use of the 2 golf carts was a huge bonus shuttling family and friends to and from the tournament and dinners at Bayside. Echo touched base with us occasionally to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. We've rented homes all over the world, and this home ranks at the top of our list in the overall experience.

Loved our evening golf cart rides!
Beautiful resort community, with golf cart access to the beach. We grilled on the back porch, overlooking the pond, very relaxing. Crab Island is a must. Traffic was pretty heavy being Memorial Day weekend, but we still had a great time! Echo was the best host I have ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and we so helpful! We will definitely be back.

Great house!
We loved all the updates the owner did. Property was clean and in a great location. Had a few issues, but owner was quick to respond and resolve! I think the only thing I would have liked were the bathrooms to be connected to the rooms. Otherwise it was perfect!! Loved that it has all king beds for the adults. That’s hard to find, at least from my experience. And all the kids toys and furniture was a great help for entertaining the kiddos in the house.😊Would definitely recommend!

The Perfect Beach Stay
Echo’s property was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my 30th birthday. Our whole group was blown away with every detail of the space- the grills, the TVs in every rooms, the foosball table, the decor, the golf cart, and all the beach chairs we would need. Great, clear communication. 10/10 would recommend, easily!

Just what we needed for adults and kids
The house had everything needed for 7 adults and 5 kids. The kids (ages 4-12) loved the bunk room and foosball table. It is one of those homes where it is designed to be beautiful, yet comfortable and durable for young kids. We were able to make and enjoy all meals in the home easily with the kitchen tools available and the table for 8 along with 6 little people table. Having the golf cart was great for adults to be able see different parts of the resort, take a crew to the beach, or grab any items needed from the nearby Publix. Even though there are many units, sitting on the back patio was very serene. Residents and guests were very considerate throughout the massive resort. The host was great to communicate with and easy to work with. Thank you for stocking the house with beach accessories and the golf cart! Next time we would bring or rent bikes as well.

Best family vacation
This was our best family trip we have had. Echo was amazing with texting to check in on us and would answer all my questions about things to do. Everything in the house was as advertised and more. We had 10 people and never felt like we were right on top of each other and the kids loved their rooms! The neighborhood is awesome with wonderful people. My only complaint was I didn’t plan a longer trip. We are already planning next years trip!

Amazing!
I absolutely loved this property for so many reasons! It is beautiful and so much room! We had 7 adults and 3 children staying in home, but had tons of family come and visit each night. We had tons of room for eating and playing games! The home is very child friendly with a section just for them including toys and a large chalk board. They had so much fun and so did we! They loved feeding the turtles and the 3 ducks that hung around the house. The golf cart was so big and made life so easy while staying there! Echo, the owner was so friendly and answered any and all questions quickly. She was amazing and her home was amazing as well! We are already planning to stay here again!

Made wonderful memories at the beach this week. The house was lovely and just as described. The property manager was very accessible and very helpful! We had a family of ten and had plenty of room. Great place to stay!
